District Administrators’ Reports

Michelle Garven, District Administrator reported on the following:

  • Michelle Garven mentioned Christine Knox would like to change the vendor check history to list all checks for Board approval from the previous meeting to the current meeting.
  • Michelle stated that there were some transfers that needed to take place so the cash balance report would change and the auditors would be coming the beginning of August.

Board Member Comments

  • Michael Murdock discussed the flooding and how it is affecting our immediate area and many areas around us, what services and supplies are available and how we need to get this information out to people.

New Business

  • Board approved new hire, Ray Feltson, as Director of Facilities
