District facilities and equipment will be made available for use by organizations and groups in or in close proximity to the District.
The District Administrator may approve loaning District equipment to organizations, groups and individuals for short periods of time. A responsible adult shall be identified in such instances who will assume financial responsibility in the event any damage is sustained by such equipment. The District Administrator may require a Security deposit at his/her discretion. Form 836 shall be recorded in the office with a description of the equipment being loaned.
